IDZ has gained recognition as a leading and innovative company in the development of technology in Mexico. Recently, IDZ was recognized by Nuevo Leon State's Government Institute for Innovation and Technology Transfer (IITT - Instituto de Innovación y Transferencia de Tecnología). This institute authorized IDZ to be located within the City of Knowledge (Ciudad del Conocimiento) facilities (PIIT) to construct a center for the development of RFID technology. In May, 2006, IDZ was awarded the Prize for Acceleration of Technology Companies (Premio a la Aceleración de Empresas de Tecnología) this prestigious prize is awarded by the Economy Secretariat in concert with the University of Texas at Austin (UT) and the Agency for Promotion of Technology Companies IC2 (Incubadora de Empresas de Tecnología). |
